Locally owned and operated. Our facility is especially designed for women featuring Circuit training. A style of workout where you cycle through several exercises (usually five to 10) targeting different muscle groups with minimal rest in between. The result is a workout that taxes your muscular strength and endurance and your cardiorespiratory system. Circuit Training reduces body weight and inches.
ADDITIONALLY: there is an elliptical machine, stairmaster and treadmill for your use
We have allotted times for Dumbbell classes on Tuesdays and Chair classes on Thursdays
At specific times we also offer POUND Rockout Workout® – Classes: Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND® transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out! The workout is easily modifiable and the alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy appeals to all ages and abilities.
