Our facility is specifically designed for women, featuring circuit training—a workout style where you move through a series of exercises (usually five to ten) that target different muscle groups with minimal rest in between. This approach effectively challenges both muscular strength and endurance as well as your cardiovascular system, leading to weight loss and reduced inches.

We offer a well-equipped gym, including elliptical machines, Stairmasters, and treadmills, providing a diverse range of options for cardiovascular workouts. Our setup caters to various preferences and fitness levels, making it easier for everyone to maintain their exercise routines. Whether you prefer the low-impact nature of the elliptical, the challenge of the Stairmaster, or the versatility of running on a treadmill, we have something for you.

Our structured classes enhance the gym experience and encourage members to explore new activities. Dumbbell classes offer an excellent opportunity for strength training and muscle toning in a guided environment. For those with mobility challenges or who prefer seated exercises, chair classes provide gentle yet effective ways to improve strength, flexibility, and balance. With dedicated times for these classes, members can plan their workouts effectively, demonstrating our commitment to inclusivity and the diverse needs of our gym community.

The POUND Rockout Workout® classes are an exciting addition to our offerings. Using Ripstix® adds a fun, rhythmic element to the workout while providing resistance for muscle engagement. Designed for all fitness levels, these classes are welcoming to everyone, regardless of experience or ability. They’re a fantastic way to let loose, get energized, and enjoy an effective workout.

We also offer an Ionic Foot Detox. While the concept of detoxifying foot baths is relatively new, it draws from ancient, respected practices. When combined with ionization, the detoxification effects can occur more rapidly and dramatically.
